PROJECT: Create a Web site where gay men in San Francisco and Los Angeles can send e-cards to their partners telling them if they've been exposed to an STD.
PROCESS: Expand the site to include heterosexual communities, and design a content management system with tiered client access that allows for easy duplication and customization of the site for public health departments around the US, and the world.
